Shipping Policy – Plane Wood LLC

Production Time

All custom MDF cabinet doors are manufactured to order. Our standard production time is approximately 10–15 business days after an order is confirmed.

Production times exclude weekends and holidays and may vary depending on order size, complexity, and material availability.

Shipping and Delivery

Plane Wood LLC offers shipping throughout the United States.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the order's weight, dimensions, quantity, and delivery destination. Applicable shipping charges will be provided during checkout or before the order is finalized.

Shipping transit time is additional to the 10–15 business day production period. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for verifying all measurements, dimensions, door styles, and quantities before submitting an order.

Shipping Damage

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If any products arrive damaged or defective, contact Plane Wood LLC promptly with your order number, photographs, and a description of the issue.

We will review the claim and arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with our return and refund policy and applicable law.

Custom Orders and Final Sales

Because our cabinet doors are manufactured to customer specifications, all custom orders are final sale except for damaged or defective products or where otherwise required by applicable law.
