Plane Wood LLC – Custom Cabinet Doors

At Plane Wood LLC, every custom cabinet door is manufactured to order based on the customer's selected dimensions, style, and specifications.

All custom-made products are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for changes of mind, incorrect measurements submitted by the customer, or ordering mistakes once production has begun.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, or does not match the specifications confirmed in your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Email us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the affected products and packaging.

We will review the issue and, when confirmed to be our responsibility, arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before production begins. Once manufacturing has started, cancellations and refunds are not available except as required by applicable law.

Custom Measurements

Customers are responsible for verifying all measurements, dimensions, styles, and specifications before placing an order.

Plane Wood LLC is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
